We hope you’ve been enjoying your well-deserved vacation. Meanwhile, the team at fynk has been hard at work, crafting new features and improvements that will make working with documents easier and more exciting than ever!

Now THIS is something highly requested. Remember those beautiful boxes in the AI Analysis view showing you where a certain metadata has been extracted from?

Well now they are available in the default view of any analyzed PDF document as well! Just click the little blue frame icon next to any metadata that originates from our AI analysis and see where the info was extracted!

Ever felt lost in your documents? Well fear not, because help has arrived! Just click the little icon to the left of the language selection above the document to show a miniaturized version of the document:

Expired documents will now automatically indicated in the document list and additionally you can now filter for expired documents.

We really hope this saves heaps of your time so you can use it for more important things!

The first iteration of custom tasks is now available and live! You can now assign tasks to yourself or any other user and tie it to a specific condition.

Never forget important ToDos again!

Ever wondered about how to get all your data out of fynk? Now there's a button for that. Users with Admin or Owner role can now export all documents they're allowed to see.

Some PDF files just do not have enough space to house some of our spacious signature blocks. This is why we've just added minimalistic signature blocks!

You can convert any existing block on unsigned documents or templates to this new style and vice versa.
