Have you ever wondered about who will get certain notifications? Or maybe when you'll get them? We've completely customized fynk's notification system, allowing you to define to whom and when notifications will be sent.

Tired of the screen hopping around as you fill out your dynamic fields? Well we sure got some good news for you then 🤘

From now on, dynamic fields can be ordered easily via drag & drop.

Too lazy to manually sort dozens of fields in your existing templates? Just use the Auto-Order Fields button to automatically order all fields after their first appearance in the template or document.

Ever felt like you're missing some space to add relevant files to your documents? Well that might just have become a thing of the past!

Introducing - the all new file storage! 🗃️

Simply drag any files you need to the storage to have everything you need in one place.

Documents, Images, Emails - we got you covered!

And since sharing is caring - from now on you can also add files to discussions and even share them with external users if you want.

Further extending fynk's possibilities in IT security, we've added the possibility to enforce login via SSO (Single Sign On). This way you can ensure that only individuals that can log in with your identity provider of choice can access fynk.

PS: for your own safety this feature can only be enabled if you're logged in via SSO.

You can now add (external) collaborators to documents created via automations by simply adding them to the .xlsx file.
