Download your signed copy
Where to find the signed PDF after everyone has signed, and how to check the signatures.

When all parties have signed, fynk sends everyone the signed PDF by email. You can also download it from the document.
Get the signed PDF
By email: you receive an email with the completed document as soon as the last signatory has signed. If you signed early, this can be days later, once everyone else has signed.
From the document: open the document with your link and click Download PDF. If your link has expired, request a new one on the page.
Check the signatures
Download the signed PDF and use the RTR signature checker to check its digital signatures. Follow the checker’s instructions and review the result for each signature.
You can also inspect signatures in a desktop PDF reader that supports digital signature validation. Adobe Acrobat Reader may show an unverified or invalid-signature message for some documents; if that happens, check the original downloaded PDF with RTR and contact support if the result remains unclear. Browser PDF viewers may not show signature verification details.
Good to know
The signed PDF is the final document. It can't be changed after signing; amendments need a new document.
If you didn't receive the email, check your spam folder or ask the sender to send you the signed copy.
Questions about storing or deleting your data go to the sender, who is responsible for the document. fynk processes the data on their behalf.
Troubleshooting
Download doesn't start or is blocked? See A document won't download for help with blocked Chrome pop-ups, downloaded files and company network restrictions.
Chrome doesn't open or show the PDF? Go to chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check whether Chrome opens PDFs or downloads them. You can also open the link in a private (incognito) window.
