With AI Analysis, your document is automatically scanned and relevant metadata is extracted, including:

AI Analysis is automatically triggered when you upload a document. You can choose between two options:

If new metadata fields are added to your account later, you can re-run the AI Analysis. In your document, go to “General” → “AI Analysis” and click the refresh icon:

Playbooks are predefined review mechanisms that automatically analyze your documents. They help you identify whether specific content or clauses are present.

You can create as many playbooks as needed and tailor them to the requirements of your different document types.

Example:
Is specifying the number of vacation days essential in your employment contracts? Define this as a condition in your playbook and set it to trigger a “red flag” if the information is missing.

When reviewing an employment contract, simply apply the playbook to instantly check whether the number of vacation days is included.
