Unique assignment and identification of the seal creator:
Each signature is uniquely associated with a document user, allowing identification through email, name, phone number (SMS), browser information, and IP address.
Use of secure electronic seal creation data:
Signatures are generated using unique data such as system signature, "SecureID," token arguments, and SMS OTP, which the user employs for creating electronic signatures.
Detection of subsequent alterations:
We store the SHA256 checksum of the HTML code for each signed document, as well as for PDF documents, ensuring the integrity of the content.

No matter what signature option on fynk.com you choose, PDF documents that are automatically sent or manually downloaded will be digitally signed as well. Not only that, but they will be signed LTV compliant, meaning the integrity of the document can be validated even many years after the original certificate would have become invalid.
