For your legal or IT review, you'll usually need a data processing agreement (DPA), the technical and organisational measures (TOMs) and the list of subprocessors.

Standard DPA available on all plans, including Free

Data processing agreement

  • fynk's DPA, terms of service and subprocessor list are published at fynk.com/en/legal/terms/.
  • To get a signed copy of the DPA, contact support.
  • The standard DPA also applies on the Free plan whenever fynk processes personal data on your behalf within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. Under section VI.7 of the terms for free use, it becomes part of the agreement when the contract is concluded; neither party needs to sign it separately. A paid plan is not required for the standard DPA.
  • On Pro, you can negotiate a custom DPA and terms.
