Introduction 👋
The fynk HubSpot Marketplace app connects HubSpot and fynk, allowing you to create documents directly from HubSpot without leaving your CRM.
Once connected, you can generate documents from your fynk templates with your HubSpot data already filled in automatically. This helps you streamline your document workflow, reduce manual work, and create contracts in just a few clicks.
💡Prerequisites:
You must be a super admin 🦸♂️ to access private apps in your HubSpot account.
You must have the "Owner" 🙋♂️ or "Admin" 👨💻 role in fynk to access the integration section.
What is the HubSpot Marketplace app?
The fynk HubSpot Marketplace app is a native integration that lets you create contracts and documents directly inside HubSpot.
Unlike our existing HubSpot integration - which imports HubSpot data into fynk from within fynk - the Marketplace app starts the workflow directly in HubSpot.
Simply select one of your fynk templates, and a new document is created automatically with the relevant HubSpot deal and contact information already populated.
This allows you to:
Create documents directly from HubSpot
Automatically populate templates with HubSpot data
Send and track contracts without leaving your CRM
Eliminate unnecessary context switching between applications
Beta phase
The HubSpot Marketplace app is currently in Beta and available only to selected customers. If you'd like to participate in the open beta, please sign up for our waitlist.
Connect HubSpot from fynk
You can start the connection directly from your fynk account.
Step 1: Open the HubSpot integration in fynk
If you already have an active HubSpot integration in fynk
Go to Settings → Integrations
Select HubSpot
Click "Switch to the fynk app" to migrate to the new integration
If you're connecting HubSpot for the first time
Go to Settings → Integrations
Select HubSpot
Click Connect with HubSpot
Step 2: Authorize the connection in HubSpot
You'll automatically be redirected to HubSpot.
Review the permissions requested by the fynk app and click Connect app to authorize the integration.
💡 Note: During the beta phase, the fynk app is not yet officially listed in the HubSpot Marketplace. HubSpot therefore displays a warning that this is an untrusted app. This is expected and can safely be ignored.
Step 3: Finish the setup
After authorizing the app, you'll be redirected back to fynk.
A confirmation message will indicate that the integration was created successfully. You'll also see your connected HubSpot Portal ID in the integration settings.
Connect fynk from the HubSpot Marketplace

You can also start the integration directly from HubSpot.
Step 1: Open the fynk Marketplace app
Open the fynk app listing in the HubSpot Marketplace.
Review the requested permissions and click Connect app.
💡 Note: During the beta phase, the Marketplace listing is not yet publicly available. Once released, HubSpot may still display a temporary untrusted app warning until the listing has been fully approved.
Step 2: Sign in to fynk
You'll be redirected to fynk.
If you're already signed in, you'll continue automatically
If you're not signed in yet, log in with your existing account
If you're new to fynk, create a new account to continue
Step 3: Confirm the connection
After signing in, you'll be redirected to the HubSpot integration settings in fynk.
Review the connection details and click Connect app to complete the setup.
Once the connection has been established successfully, you'll see a confirmation message.
Step 4: Complete the installation
You'll be redirected back to HubSpot after the authorization has finished.
The Marketplace app is now connected and ready to use.
Using the HubSpot Marketplace integration
After connecting both platforms, you can add the fynk card to the desired HubSpot object pages.
Open the settings of your connected HubSpot account and add the fynk card to the pages where you want to create documents, for example:
Deals
Companies
Contacts
The first time you add the card, it will usually appear at the bottom of the page. You can simply drag and drop it to any position you prefer.
From the fynk card, you can:
Create new documents from your fynk templates
Send documents for review or signature
Track the document status directly from HubSpot
Everything happens without leaving your CRM. 🎉
